Entry Forms Available For Los Vaqueros Tarantula Run

We now have entry forms available for the Fifth Annual Los Vaqueros Tarantula Run set for Oct. 23.

These are the mail entry forms. We hope to have the Active.com online registration available soon.

Trails Are Marked For Pre-Runners

The trails for all three courses -- the 5k, 10K and Half-Marathon -- are all marked with signs so runners can pre-run the trails. Here's a map.

We've nearly finished mowing all the trails, so you may need to make a detour to avoid the star-thistle, but it's pretty easy to figure out where the trail begins and ends. The courses all begin and end at the Kellogg Creek Picnic area.

The courses are the same as in the past. This being Los Vaqueros, you can bet there are plenty of hills on the trails.
